In this workshop, participants will be guided through writing exercises designed to help us create and hold space for ourselves. We will practice clearing up blockages to our creativity, explore what our ideal writing space looks like, and write words to bring ourselves comfort during challenging times. Comfort boxes will also be created to help us with grounding during stressful moments. Facilitator Jungle Flower (Reclaim Your Voice) will share stories and poetry from her own healing journey to guide us through this workshop.
